COI for your mid-rise condo building
Not every SouthPark address needs it, but several of the mid-rise condo buildings around the mall do: before a vendor can use the service elevator or the loading area, building management wants a Certificate of Insurance on file — typically $1M general liability, naming the management company or HOA as additional insured. We carry that insurance and can issue the COI to your management office same-day, then book the elevator window with the concierge so the job runs on schedule. A sectional that won't fit the cab gets split and reassembled or hauled in pieces. None of it changes your quote — there's no high-rise or COI surcharge, just the flat photo price. Most SouthPark homes, of course, are ground-level with easy drive-up access and no building rules at all.

Does the City of Charlotte pick up bulky junk in SouthPark?
It can, within limits that rarely fit a condo turnover or a downsizing move. City of Charlotte Solid Waste offers free curbside bulky pickup by appointment — booked through 311 (704-336-7600) or servicerequest.charlottenc.gov, with up to about five business days to wait. The item must be at the curb by 6:00 AM, three feet clear of carts and cars, small heavy pieces under 75 pounds, and the city won't take TVs, computers, construction debris, HVAC units or hazardous waste. From a mid-rise condo there's often no practical curb to use, and dragging a sectional down to street level to wait a week isn't the SouthPark way. We carry it from the unit or the room, usually the same day, split what won't fit the elevator, and take the electronics and appliances the city refuses.
