How to read this list
Two methods, and you pay the lower one.
Per item. Every price below is flat and final. It includes two people coming into the house, carrying the item down from whatever floor it is on, loading, hauling, and disposal or recycling.
Truck fill. For mixed loads with no clean item list, we price by how much of the truck it fills. Itemizing is cheaper up to roughly six pieces; past that the truck ladder wins.

What is never added
No stair charge — which matters here, because Charlotte has almost no basements and the heavy things live upstairs in bonus rooms and second-floor bedrooms. No walk-up charge for the three-story garden complexes in University City and Steele Creek. No fuel line. No disposal line. No refrigerant fee. No same-day charge. No charge for the certificate of insurance an Uptown or South End property manager requires, or for reserving the dock.
The price you see before booking is the price the crew honours on arrival.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the full Charlotte price list?
These are the most commonly requested items. The catalog is larger — if something is not listed, ask and you will get a flat price for it before you book.
What is the minimum charge?
$75 per visit. Items like a countertop microwave at $30, a patio chair at $30 or a bag of clothes at $35 fall under it on their own.
When is truck-fill pricing cheaper than itemizing?
Usually past about six pieces. We calculate both and quote the lower one, so you do not have to work it out.
Do prices change by neighborhood?
No. The same list applies from Davidson to Waxhaw, and in Uptown and South End towers as well as single-family houses.
Does the quote change on the day?
No, provided the load matches what you described. If it turns out larger, you are told the new number before work starts rather than billed afterwards.
